Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders ship on Thursdays and usually arrive within three to six working days inside the country. Standard shipping is $6; orders over $60 ship free. We do not ship internationally yet.

Breakage

Candles travel in recycled pulp packaging and rarely break. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we will replace it.

Returns

If a candle is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of delivery. Unburned candles in their original packaging can be returned for a refund, minus the return postage.
